For You Bargain Hunters...
So I thought now might be a good time to let you all in on the secret: I read a lot of forums and blogs. I know not everyone has the time for this, nor the want, so that's where I try to pick up the slack and collect all I can. But a lot of stuff falls through the cracks, or is simply too-short-lived to be posted, because by the time anyone read it, the deal would be dead. My recent post about a Babel BD comes to mind; I believe it was most likely dead when I wrote the article, but the disc was still $0 and still available for purchase. I guess I'll see later this week if it comes.
But for those of you with as much time as me, you might be interested in knowing where to find these deals. Click through the break to read alll about 'em.
CheapAssGamer.com - One of my favorite sites, with a heavy emphasis on games (obviously). I've found out about most deals through here. Highly recommended.
Dvdtalk.com Forum - Bargains - The best source of dvd bargains, IMO.
FatWallet.com - I honestly don't browse there much, but I know a lot of people get stuff here. It has a rep for killing deals (it's simply a large site, so it's bound to happen), and I think it's a bit too broad on bargains for me; it would take too much time to peruse.
Destructiod - Bargain Bin Laden - Just found this tonight; a blog which posts a random bargain each week. It seems promising, although kinda what I do, so don't take all your traffic there! ;)
Did I make any glaring omissions? Do any of these sites just plain suck? Well I probably won't agree with you but go ahead and post about it in the comments; I'm always looking for better deals.
