RSS FeedWRV: Youtube Customer Service
Sorry for the late posting, my jobs been keeping me a bit busy. Here's this weeks WRV, entitled Youtube Customer Service: Earplugs Required. I've never worked phones (although I know those that have), but I can attest to the fact that it doesn't matter if it's on the phone or in person, people can be jerks for no real reason. I don't think I ever imagined Youtube would even NEED phone tech support, but I can see this happening. I think sometime I ought to call in and let them know how much they rock... but I'm sure they would just be annoyed that I was wasting their time. Anyways, watch the video after the break, and maybe throw some funny customer service stories in the comments?
