Mad Wii Haxx
Wii hackers have become a thriving community of game-lovers that make the most out of a console that offers very little.
Life Update
So, things have gotten a little better. Of course they aren't great, but I'm working on that.
Why I Won't Be Upgrading to a Nintendo DSi
Well, I'm hoping I won't be upgrading, but knowing me I'll pick one up the week it's released in the US. But I do have my reservations about the upgrade, and for those that are interested, you can find out more after the break.
Dark Knight Trailer
Video after the break.
WRV: FLCL
It's friday, another video, this week it's FLCL - a random awesome anime. Here's episode 1; I suggest picking this up on DVD. It's only 6 episodes but it's great.
WRV: The Pillows - Ride On Shooting Star
In keeping with the past few weeks japanesey videos, here is a favorite song of mine from a favorite band of mine, "Ride on Shooting Star" byt The Pillows. Fans of FLCL will recognize this immediately; those wondering what FLCL is should check it out; it's a great anime. Perhaps I'll see what I can find next week...
Video+J-Lyrics+BONUS FLCL ending video after the break.

WRV: Chu Chu Rocket
Because I love the japanese, the dreamcast, and the song. Video after the break.
WRV: Segata Sanshiro!
Holy crap is it the weekend again already? Time for another Weakly Random Video! Last weeks Japanese game commercial reminded me of one Segata Sanshiro, the Sega of Japan mascot for the Sega Saturn. I've embedded a playlist (which I know will screw up my sites xhtml, but I'll work on that later. For now, it works). The playlist contains all 20 Segata commercials, the music video (yes, it's true), and a short little documentary about the gaming icon at the very end (worth watching, although it has all the commercials in it again).
WRV: Kokoro Scan
#Weakly Random Video, #Kokoro Scan, #Nintendo DS, #Nintendo, #Weird, #Japanese, #Video, #Funny, #Catchy, #NDS, #WRV
This weeks Weakly Random Video is a Japanese commercial for a Nintendo DS game which is supposed to guess your mood by the tone of your voice when you speak into the NDS' microphone. And it's the weirdest thing I've seen in a long time. Catch it after the break.
WRV: Minesweeper: The Movie
This weeks Weakly Random Video comes to us from CollegeHumor.com - I don't really ever check that site out much, but this is just too damn funny not to link them. And luckily, their video system works much like YouTube's so it was easy to embed with my own valid video code.
Anyway, you'll find the video after the break - Minesweeper The Movie.
